as Syncnet tutorials, premium content, tools and services, we ask
you to register to become a member. During this member registration
process, we will ask you for personally identifiable information
such as your name, email address, mailing address, zip code, country,
gender, birth date, age, member name and password. In addition,
you may choose to provide Syncnet with additional information such
as marital status, household income, education and employment status.
Syncnet uses the information it gathers for several
purposes, such as to understand more about our audience's interests,
to communicate with you and to give you a better experience when
visiting Family by personalizing content, tutorials, services and
email messages (more details below). Syncnet also uses this information
to offer new tutorials, content and services as well as developing
offers that Syncnet believes are more relevant and valuable to

2. Web Site Use Information
When you visit Syncnet and interact with the services and tools
that reside there, Syncnet and third parties with whom Syncnet
has contracted to provide services to Syncnet may collect information
on your actions. Syncnet utilizes a standard technology called

USE OF INFORMATION
The majority of information collected by Syncnet is used to create
aggregated portraits of the Syncnet audience, portraits which present
anonymous statistical demographic information. This aggregated information
is used, among other things, to determine trends and needs, and also
to supply market research to potential advertisers and partners to
help them understand whom the Syncnet audience is. Occasionally,
we may also use the information we collect to notify you about important
changes to our Web site, new services and special offers we think
you will find valuable. Due to the personal
nature of much of the content and services of the site, the information
you have provided may be used to help guide to you content, tutorials,
services and products that may server to provide you with a more
fulfilling experience while visiting Syncnet.
MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION
Many areas of Syncnet are reserved for Syncnet members who have
registered with us; for example, tutorials, mentor program, chats,
message boards and member only premium content.
The membership registration form is two tiered:
General Registration: Provides access to a minimum
set of Syncnet resources e.g. view message boards, but not allowing
you to post a message. During General Registration, you will be
required to choose a member name and password and provide Syncnet
with your first and last names, email address, mailing address,
zip code, country, gender, age and birth date. The form also includes
optional information that you may choose to provide to us like marital
status, household income, education and employment status.
Premium Member Registration: This registration level
allows you to become a premium member of the Syncnet site, allowing
you complete access to all content and services, including tutorials.
In addition to the General Registration information you provide,
you will be asked to provide your credit card information. This
information is collected via a secure form, with multiple security
layers.
HOW WE PROTECT AND SECURE YOUR INFORMATION
Syncnet has numerous security measures in place to protect you
from the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our
control, including your personal information, tutorial test results,
personal growth plans, and credit card information All of your member
information, requires use of your password. We recommend that you
do not share your password with anyone.
Information Security. Syncnet utilizes encryption/security
software to safeguard the confidentiality of personal information
we collect from unauthorized access or disclosure and accidental
loss, alteration or destruction.
Evaluation of Information Protection Practices. Periodically,
our operations and business practices are reviewed for compliance
with corporate policies and procedures governing the security, confidentiality
and quality of our information.
Employee Access, Training and Expectations. Our corporate
values, ethical standards, policies and practices are committed
to the protection of customer information. Our business practices
limit employee access to confidential information, and limit the
use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes
and transactions.
INFORMATION SHARING POLICY
By entering a sweepstakes or promotion, registering with our Website,
completing any forms on our Website, or by checking or not unchecking
co-registration boxes, you grant the Company the right to use the
collected information for marketing purposes including, but not
limited to, sharing such information with third party advertisers
("Advertisers"), emailing, or physically mailing Company
or any third party offers to your email address or postal address.
We may also use such information to fulfill prizes, track compliance
with the applicable sweepstakes or promotion rules, or for content
improvement and feedback purposes. We may sell the personal information
that you supply to us and we may join together with other businesses
to bring selected retail or service opportunities to our user base.
These businesses may include providers of direct marketing services
and applications, including lookup and reference, data enhancement,
suppression and validation. In addition, the Company reserves the
right to release current or past user information in the event we
believe that the Website is being or has been used in violation
of any sweepstakes or promotion rules; to commit unlawful acts;
if the information is subpoenaed; if the Company is sold or acquired;

to these terms, you hereby consent to disclosure of any record or
communication to any third party when the Company, in its sole discretion,
determines the disclosure to be appropriate.
We may share Website usage information about our Website visitors
who have received targeted promotional campaigns with Advertisers
for the purpose of formatting future campaigns and upgrading visitor
information used in reporting statistics.
NOTICE OF NEW SERVICES AND CHANGES
Occasionally, we may also use the information we collect to notify
you about important changes to Syncnet, new services and special
offers we think you will find valuable. You will be given the opportunity
to notify us of your desire not to receive these offers by clicking
on a response box when you receive such an offer or by sending us

ORDER FORMS AND TRANSACTIONS WITH E-COMMERCE PARTNERS
AND ADVERTISERS
The information provided via the order form in the Syncnet on line
store is secured via SSL Encryption. The information provided in
that order form, as well as the items ordered, will only be shared
with the designated fulfillment partner to the extent the information
is needed to successfully complete the order and they may not use
this information for any other purpose.
E-LEARNING & TUTORIAL PROGRESS AND RESULTS
As a premium member of Syncnet, you will be able to participate
in the e-learning and tutorial programs. These programs include
taking tests to help measure your progress throughout the tutorial.
The results of these tests are stored as part of your member profile
and treated with the same level of privacy and security as the rest
of your personal data. However, at your own discretion you may choose
to share your progress and test results with others. You may find
that this is helpful if you choose to work with a mentor or to discuss
your results with another Syncnet member.
ELECTRONIC NEWSLETTERS AND REMINDERS
Syncnet offers free and registered member electronic newsletters
on a variety of topics. If you choose to subscribe to any of these
newsletters, currently the only information you will be required
to provide is a valid email address, except in the case of certain
newsletters where you may also be required to provide certain non-personally
identifiable information that enable Syncnet customize the newsletter
with topics of interest to you. In order to receive these newsletters
you must opt-in to receiving them. Generally, Syncnet does not
share mailing lists from its electronic newsletters with third parties.
However, in some situations, Syncnet may share its newsletter mailing
lists with third parties who provide newsletter and/or reminder
fulfillment services on behalf of Syncnet. In these instances,
such third parties will be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Additionally, Syncnet may provide third parties with a list of
Syncnet members and visitors who have opted-in to receiving additional
information from third parties.
In those instances where you opt-in to subscribe
to a newsletter through a third-party email service or advertiser
or partner, the email address information sometimes will be located
on the third party's server. In those cases, any information you
provide is subject to that entity's Privacy Policy, not this one.
Some of our partners' and advertisers' sites require that you specifically
opt-out from receiving their newsletters. As a result, to stop receiving
them you will need to affirmatively opt-out from the third party
newsletter.
CHAT ROOMS/MESSAGE BOARDS/BULLETIN BOARDS/MENTOR
FORUMS
Throughout Syncnet various public forums such as chat rooms, message
boards, "ask the expert" areas and various question and
answer areas are available to you as a registered Syncnet member.
Please remember that any information you disclose
in these public forum areas becomes public information and is immediately
accessible on Syncnet, so it is important for you to exercise discretion
and appropriate caution when deciding to reveal personal information
in these areas. Syncnet may decide to utilize the content of Q&A's,
interactions with experts, and/or chat room and message board content
throughout Syncnet and in promotions in order to enhance Syncnet's
editorial, advertising and public relations efforts.
SURVEYS AND POLLS
Our surveys ask for opinions on various issues and very often these
surveys and polls are sponsored by or associated with Syncnet advertisers
and partners. Occasionally, we may request demographic information
(like zip code, age or gender). Most information obtained through
surveys and polls is aggregated and used internally or shared with
advertisers and partners only in the aggregated form. In the event
personally identifiable information is requested as part of surveys
or polls about any Syncnet member or subscriber, such personally
identifiable information is never provided to third parties without
your consent. In these instances you may expressly choose to receive
information from a sponsor, in which case your information is provided
to that sponsor only. Some survey answers may be added to your member
profile (so that we can better provide you with content, ads and
offers that are most appropriate for you).
LINKS TO PARTNER AND ADVERTISER SITES
Syncnet contains links to advertiser and partner websites. We cannot
be responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such
non-Syncnet websites, and we do not control the practices of any
of our advertisers or partners to whom we are linked.
In order to participate in the partner and/or advertiser supplied
services and tools you may be required to provide personally identifiable
information to the advertisers and partners whose tools and services
you have chosen to interact with. Each advertiser and partner will
request different information from you.
The information you provide via links to co-branded
pages, co-branded sites, third party sites or tools may be shared
with advertisers and partners on an aggregated basis and in these
instances your permission will not be requested since no personally
identifiable information will be shared or provided to these third
party sponsors or advertisers. Syncnet will, however, use commercially
reasonable efforts to contractually require all such third party
advertisers and partners to agree not to use any non-personally
identifiable information about you, in conjunction with other sources
of information, or otherwise, to identify you.
If you have additional questions about how one of
our advertisers, partners or sponsors use information about you,
we urge you to contact them directly.
Syncnet OPT-IN/OPT-OUT POLICY
Upon registration or from time-to-time, you may be asked to indicate
whether you are interested in receiving information from us about
special offers or news about our sites and advertisers. You will
also be provided with the opportunity to opt-in to receive offers
directly from select companies other than Syncnet. If you do choose
to receive these communications by means of an opt-in, we will occasionally
send you an email message that matches your request(s). You may,

Please note that Syncnet reserves the right to contact
you in the event of a change in the Syncnet Terms of Service and/or
this Privacy Policy.
CHANGE/MODIFY/ARCHIVED INFORMATION
Syncnet provides you with the ability to access, correct or change
certain information in your member registration profile at any time,
including contact information or other information you've provided
to us. However, you cannot currently change your member name although
you may re-register and choose a new name. Please be advised that
Syncnet currently archives information it collects on its members
and visitors.
PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES
We will not make new use of any personally identifiable information
which Syncnet gathered from individual members or visitors prior
to any such significant change in our Privacy Policy without first
obtaining the member's or visitor's consent for any new uses. In
instances where we ask for your personally identifiable information
and we tell you the data we are collecting on that page will be
shared with third parties, and in cases where a member, visitor
or subscriber to the Syncnet opts-in to share his/her information
with third parties, those disclosures and opt-ins will override
anything to the contrary in this Privacy Policy. In addition, Syncnet
reserves the right to make non-significant changes to our Privacy
Policy that will not affect Syncnet's use of a user's personally
identifiable information at any time without any notice to you other
than posting any such changes in a revised Privacy Policy on the
Syncnet web site. We encourage you to periodically review our Privacy
Policy to be sure you are familiar with the most current version.
