For those viewers with slower connections, there may be a limited number of our courseware that is also available in audio and power-point only presentations. Contact the owner of this site if you have questions.
We use "rich-media" presentations, including streaming video, audio, and slide presentations to enhance the learning experience.
CONNECTION SPEED
If you are connecting to the internet using a dial-up modem connection then this may NOT be for you. Many of the courses use rich media with audio and video. You need a minimum connection of Broadband, DSL, or Cable. With a slower connection you can still view some movies, or the video will drop allowing you to hear the audio or they will just take longer to download. Be sure to view some free demo movies to check to see if you're happy with the speed and performance before you subscribe.
BROWSER
The courses work best with Internet Explorer 6 and above. We only support the latest version Internet Explorer on the PC (While we are told that these courses can be seen with current MACs we can not guarantee or support them.) You must have your security settings set to at least medium. Higher security settings may cause problems logging in or submitting sections of the application. We use cookies, javascript, and Cascading Style Sheets so they must also be enabled.
POP-UPs
You must turn off your POP-UP/AD blocker or at least "allow" POP-UPs on this site. There are no AD POP-UPs on this site, but we need the ability to use POP-UPs in some of the courses to provide you additional information for reference during the learning process.
